TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions – Atlanta Soccer Alphabet Coaching Program

1. Enrollment and Consent

By enrolling your child in the Atlanta Soccer Alphabet coaching program, you, as the parent or legal guardian, permit for your child to participate in soccer training sessions—indoors or outdoors—during the chosen season at their daycare.

2. Parent/Guardian Certification

I certify that I am the lawful parent or legal guardian of the child named above. I affirm that all registration information provided, including the child’s age and date of birth, is accurate and truthful. I confirm that I have the legal authority to enroll my child in this program.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that I have reviewed, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in the Atlanta Soccer Alphabet LLC Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and sharing of personal data. The policy can be accessed at:
www.atlantasocceralphabet.com/privacy-policy

3. Supervision and Safety

All sessions are conducted by experienced Atlanta Soccer Alphabet coaches who provide continuous supervision of children throughout each session. We use age-appropriate equipment and activities to prioritize safety while encouraging fun and learning.

4. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By enrolling my child in Atlanta Soccer Alphabet LLC, I understand and acknowledge that participation in sports—particularly soccer—involves inherent risks and physical demands. While the organization takes reasonable precautions to promote a safe environment, it is not possible to eliminate all risks of injury or harm.

Soccer involves cardiovascular effort, coordination, agility, and physical contact. I confirm that my child is in good physical health and capable of engaging in light to moderate physical activity. Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns have been disclosed during registration to ensure appropriate support and safety.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in soccer activities and hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Atlanta Soccer Alphabet LLC, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, disease, permanent disability, or death sustained by my child. This release includes, but is not limited to, injuries that may result from the ordinary negligence of the organization or its representatives.

In the event of a medical emergency, Atlanta Soccer Alphabet LLC will contact emergency medical services (EMS) for immediate assistance. I understand and accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment or expenses incurred as a result.

Injuries during play may vary in severity and include, but are not limited to:

  • Minor injuries: scrapes, bruises, blisters, or sprains;

  • Moderate injuries: concussions, muscle strains, or broken bones;

  • Severe injuries: ligament tears, heat stroke, cardiac arrest, or other life-threatening conditions, including death.

I accept full responsibility for my child’s participation and agree to promptly inform Atlanta Soccer Alphabet LLC of any health, behavioral, or medical changes that may impact their ability to participate safely.

5. Photos and Media

By enrolling my child in Atlanta Soccer Alphabet, I permit Atlanta Soccer Alphabet to take photos and videos of my child during training sessions. These images or videos may be used on the company’s website (www.atlantasocceralphabet.com), social media platforms, and marketing materials without any compensation.

I understand that my child’s name and personal information will remain confidential and will not be shared publicly. If I do not want my child to be photographed or recorded, I will inform Atlanta Soccer Alphabet in writing via email at info@atlantasocceralphabet.com before the start of the program.

6. Behavior Expectations

We foster a fun, respectful, and inclusive environment. Children are expected to follow instructions and treat coaches and peers with kindness and respect at all times.

If a child exhibits unsafe or disruptive behavior, they will receive up to two verbal warnings with clear guidance on what needs to change. On the third occurrence, the child may be removed from the program either temporarily or permanently, depending on the nature and severity of the behavior.

Parents will be notified of each incident. No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to behavioral concerns.

7. Refund Policy

If a refund request is made before the start of the season, a non-refundable administration fee of $50 will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

No refunds will be issued after the season has started, regardless of the reason, including relocation, illness, family circumstances, or if the child chooses a different activity.

We do not provide refunds or credits for missed classes. If a session is cancelled by us (e.g. due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will make up the missed classes on alternative days, coordinated with the administration of the facility.

All refund requests and financial questions must be submitted via email to info@atlantasocceralphabet.com.

What this means for you...
Our policy aligns with the standard practice within U.S. youth sports programs. Your registration helps us plan, staff, and schedule the event effectively. Once the season begins, these resources will be allocated, and all payments will be final.

8. Communication

All updates, schedule changes, and important information will be sent directly to parents or guardians using the contact information provided at registration. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date to receive all communications promptly.

For any questions or concerns, please get in touch with the Atlanta Soccer Alphabet team directly — we're happy to assist you.
