About Atlanta Soccer Alphabet
Atlanta Soccer Alphabet is not just another soccer program — we’re something new. We don’t just develop young athletes — we nurture confident, curious, and happy children through the power of soccer.
What Makes Us Truly Different
Our head coach is UEFA A-licensed and brings over a decade of experience developing children who now play for national teams and top European academies. His experience and knowledge enable our school to structure the training process using a true European approach and methodology.
We follow a carefully structured progression: every skill is introduced in simple form and gradually built up to more complex challenges. This “from simple to complex” approach ensures that each child grows at the right pace, building fundamental understanding and physical confidence step by step.
We apply differentiation during each session, adjusting tasks based on a child’s abilities, mood, and progress. This personalized attention allows every child to succeed, regardless of their starting point.
Unlike some programs, our sessions are longer in duration. This gives us time to work through all three core development blocks in each practice.
We use soccer as a tool for developing children — our exercises foster a wide range of skills, including creativity, communication, leadership, handling wins and losses, concentration, hard work, and many others. Because soccer is not just a game — it’s a life.
That’s why many families are choosing Atlanta Soccer Alphabet.
We’re not better than others — we’re just different.

About The Founder
Coach Artem Shchekunov is the founder of Atlanta Soccer Alphabet, a unique soccer school for young children ages 2.5 to 6. His journey in soccerbegan at the age of 7, and he progressed through every stage — from youth training to professional play.
When his professional playing career ended, he began working as a coach in 2014 and immediately discovered his true calling — passionately guiding children in their first steps in soccer.
He holds a prestigious UEFA A coaching license and a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Pedagogy from a Ukrainian university, confirming both his practical expertise and deep academic foundation in child development and coaching. Over the years, he has trained many young talents, some of whom have gone on to play for professional academies and national teams.
His mission is simple but powerful: to help children grow through the joy of soccer. He strongly believes that nothing is more important than investing in the development of the next generation.
By combining professional experience, deep knowledge, and a passion for early childhood development, Atlanta Soccer Alphabet was born — a place where the love for soccer and learning go hand in hand.
