Booking Policy

--Registration is required in advance to secure a child’s place in the program. Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is received in full for the selected season. --Spaces are limited and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. --No partial bookings or drop-ins are allowed. Families must commit to the full season, as our curriculum is designed to build skills progressively. --Enrollment may still be accepted after the season has begun, provided space is available. The cost will be prorated accordingly. --If a season is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, families will be notified and issued a full refund. --Cancellations made by parents before the season begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a non-refundable $50 administration fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment. --No refunds will be issued after the season has started, regardless of the reason, including relocation, illness, family circumstances, or if the child chooses a different activity. Our policy aligns with the standard practices within U.S. youth sports programs. Your registration helps us plan, staff, and schedule. Once the season begins, these resources will be allocated, and all payments will be final. --If a session is cancelled by us (e.g., due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), we will make up the missed classes on alternative days, as coordinated with the facility's administration. --All refund requests and financial questions must be submitted via email to info@atlantasocceralphabet.com.
